Coastal Freedom Policies

Refunds & Returns:

Tangible goods - if item arrives damaged or incorrect, you can request a refund within 3 business days of the receipt of the item. The refund will be processed once we receive the items back in new condition.

Live Training Events - Refunds for live training events can be requested up until 30 days before the event. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer the credit amount to another training event.

Endless Honeymoon Registry donations - refunds for individual donations to a couple's honeymoon registry will be granted until the day before the wedding date. All donations from the wedding date on are non-refundable because the gifts will have already been distributed to the couple.

Shipping, Delivery & Payment Methods:

All tangible items are shipped within 3 business days, and will arrive according to the shipping method you choose at checkout.

Payments for tangible goods must be made prior to shipment. Payments for training events must be paid no later than 30 days before the event.

Payments for training events and tangible goods are processed through Ecwid, and will appear on your statement as "Endless Vacations & Honeymoons"

The private Member's Only area is accessible only by password, and the content is copyrighted and is not to be shared outside our training community. Purchases of sales aids and marketing materials, as well as training events are only available to Coastal Freedom team members.
